Association of Towns Data Policy and Pricing for Electronic Mailing Lists

The Association maintains a database of contact information for all Town officials. The data is compiled and printed bi-annually in the Directory of Town Officials. The cost of this publication is $50.00 to non-members, $25.00 to members.

This information is also available in electronic format. Upon request, data will be processed into a list that may be used for mailing or merging. The list can be customized by format (Excel, ASCII, etc.), type of official, county location or size of population. The price is $.25 per record [as of March 1st, 2007]. A record consists of the official's name, address, phone and fax number (if available). E-mail addresses will NOT be included.

Our members give this information to the Association voluntarily and we retain the right to refuse to honor any request that will not benefit the membership.
